Contributed Technically for the preparation of Manual on Sewerage and Sewage Treatment (Part A - Engineering) of Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organization (CPHEEO), Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, New Delhi during 2012. 8. Member of Expert Committee for setting up of ‘Indian Institute of Sanitation and Hygiene’ constituted by the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Govt. of India during 2013. The man who has submitted the first concept paper for IISH to Government of India. 9. Prepared so many Project Reports, Designing, Estimates for New Water Supply and Sewerage Projects for the Nation Development. Inspected and monitored plenty of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Projects under National Rural Drinking Water Program (NRDWP) and Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) implemented by States. 10. Nodal Officer for choosing R & D Projects for Rural Water Supply and Sanitation sectors. 11. Government of India nominated as the Central Team Member several times to Various States to mitigate Drinking water problem in rural areas with wake of natural calamities such as Cyclone, flood, drought, earthquake. 12. Travelled entire Country all the 29 States and 7 Union Territories (presently 28 States and 8 UT’s) and contributed outstandingly for the Nation’s Development especially in Drinking Water and Sanitation sector in his Government service of more than 36 years and continues.
