Introducción
Junto con UNESCO, IAHR organiza este seminario online con el objetivo de sociabilizar e introducir a posibles autores y lectores las revistas científicas apoyadas por la UNESCO en temas de agua para Iberoamérica, a través de la presentación de contribuciones de las mismas a la temática de acuíferos transfronterizos.
La revista Aqua-LAC es una publicación semestral del Programa Hidrológico Intergubernamental de la UNESCO para América Latina y el Caribe (PHI-LAC). Es una revista multidisciplinar de acceso abierto, de revisión por pares que contiene artículos, notas técnicas y reseñas en el campo de los recursos hídricos, tanto en su dimensión científica como en su dimensión económica y social. La revista publica tanto artículos científicos como notas técnicas, en español, inglés, francés y portugués.
La Revista Iberoamericana del Agua (RIBAGUA) es una publicación Open Access en español y portugués de IAHR -International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research que tiene como misión contribuir a acercar la ciencia y la tecnología a la problemática del agua en Iberoamérica (y por extensión en el mundo), con el fin de facilitar el acceso de los profesionales a las recientes innovaciones en investigación, y de los científicos a novedosos desarrollos prácticos que puedan dar lugar a nuevos descubrimientos. RIBAGUA es publicada por Taylor and Francis, y está aceptada en ESCI - Emerging Sources Citation Index.
Introduction
Jointly with UNESCO, IAHR organizes this webinar to rise awareness and introduce potential authors and readers to the scientific journals supported by UNESCO on water issues for Latin America, through the presentation of their contributions to the topic of transboundary aquifers.
The Aqua-LAC magazine is a biannual publication of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Program for Latin America and the Caribbean (IHP-LAC). It is a multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed journal that contains articles, technical notes and reviews in the field of water resources, both in its scientific dimension and in its economic and social dimension. The magazine publishes both scientific articles and technical notes, in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
The Ibero-American Water Magazine (RIBAGUA) is an Open Access publication in Spanish and Portuguese from IAHR -International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research whose mission is to contribute to bringing science and technology closer to the problem of water in Ibero-America (and by extension in the world), in order to facilitate access for professionals to recent innovations in research, and for scientists to new practical developments that can lead to new discoveries. RIBAGUA is published by Taylor and Francis, and is accepted in ESCI - Emerging Sources Citation Index.
