We are pleased to announce that the 8th IAHR Europe Congress has received over 450 abstracts! The congress will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 4 to 7 June 2024 and its central theme is Water-Across Boundaries, covering aquifers, rivers, reservoirs and dams, estuaries, coasts and ports, urban water, hydroinformatics and experimental methods, climate change and risk mitigation and governance and water resources management.
The event will bring together scientists, engineers, young professionals, students, and companies to share experiences and present the most recent developments in R&D.
An unmissable opportunity for collaboration given the relevance of the main theme as well as the high quality of technical visits and sessions, the advances in hydro-environment worldwide to be showcased, and, last but not the least, the beauty of the host country and city. The 8th IAHR Europe Congress organisers look forward to meeting you all in June 2024 in Lisbon. Please contact iahr2024@lnec.pt should you have any questions regarding the Congress.
