The IAHR Technical Committee on Flood Risk Management is pleased to announce the call for nominations for its leadership team. Biennial elections will take place soon, and the IAHR invites nominations for the position of Vice Chair of the Technical Committee. 

Serving on the committee provides a unique opportunity to contribute to advancing integrated flood risk management, engage with a global network of experts, and play a key role in shaping future initiatives in this critical field. 

 How to Nominate 

Deadline: March 9, 2025. 
Eligibility: Only IAHR Members. Self-nominations and colleague nominations are both welcome.

 Submission Process

Candidate statement: 

• The candidate statement should highlight your background, expertise, and what you aim to accomplish as part of the committee (Max. 500 words)

NOTE: Before submitting a nomination, please confirm that the nominee is an IAHR member and willing to serve.
