CCCC First Harbor Consultants Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Limited.

In the 60 years since it was founded in 1958, the company has developed into a major force in China's infrastructure construction, with its business scope covers transportation, marine works, petrochemical, electric power, military works, architecture, public works and hydraulic works etc. The company has been elected by China Construction Times associated with Engineering News Record (ENR) one of top 60 design entities in China for years.

The company is able to serve the whole process of the projects at different levels in 21 industries, including project planning, financing, construction and operation etc. Its scope of work mainly consists of consultancy, design, survey, project management, investment and operation involving ports, terminals & the supporting facilities, port channels, river course regulation, highway, railway, bridges, tunnels, storage, logistics & the supporting facilities, airport, shipyard, energy production, storage & transportation facilities, pipeline gallery and environmental protection facilities, city landscaping and tourism Infrastructure etc.

The company has been holding the design concept of technique, quality, safety, occupational health, environmental protection and service all the time. In 1996, the company was firstly reviewed and audited by Lloyd’s Register Assurance Limited in comparison with other Chinese design and consulting companies, for which the company was granted ISO 9001 quality management system certificate, ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate and OHSAS 18001 occupational health & safety management system certificate.

Over the past six decades, the company has accomplished more than ten thousand survey and design works, leaving footprints of works all over the world. The company has created more than 100 China's first, registered 100 China national patents, and won over 400 prizes. It has mustered a technical troop of more than 700 engineers headed by China national design masters and survey masters.
