About

Sabine CHAMOUN accomplished her PhD at the Laboratory of Hydraulic Constructions (LCH) at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). During her doctorate, she worked on the management of reservoir sedimentation by venting turbidity currents. After a brief experience in operation and maintenance of African hydropower plants, she is now performing research on the renovation of Swiss hydropower plants.
