Noor Aida Saad is a lecturer in River Engineering and Urban Drainage Research Centre at Universiti Sains Malaysia. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Civil Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has obtained a graduate Diploma and a master’s degree in Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University. She has been awarded a PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
