Dr. Panayotis C. Yannopoulos is a full-time Professor, Director of the Environmental Engineering Laboratory of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Patras, Greece, and Coordinator of the University Network “HYDROCRITES” up to 2021. He is a member of the IAHR. He has over 29 years of experience in the area of environmental engineering and hydraulics and especially in buoyant jet flows in water bodies and atmosphere (diffusion and dispersion of pollutant emissions).
