About

Hong-Koo Yeo is the director of the REC, KICT. He received a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Seoul National University. He leads a group working for conducting hydraulic model tests in river engineering and providing technical supports for government policies. He is currently one of chairs of Andong River Experiment Forum.
