Marcelo Scagliola is a Marine Biologist, Quality Manager of Public Water and Sanitation Company of Mar del Plata, Argentina (Obras Sanitarias Mar del Plata S.E., Argentina) and Vice President of the Federal Council of Sanitary Entities of Argentina (COFES). 32 years of experience in sewage and marine environment monitoring related to the Mar del Plata outfall and leader of environmental aspects, during its formulation, bidding, execution, operation and maintenance. I developed an Integrated Coastal Management Strategy for the management of wastewater in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
