About

Dr. Zhiguo He a Professor of Coastal and Ocean Engineering in Ocean College of Zhejiang University in China. Dr. He is Chair of Ocean Engineering and Director of the Institute of Port, Coastal and Offshore Engineering. He earned his PhD degree from the University of Mississippi in 2007. His research interests include hydrodynamics and sediment transport in rivers, estuaries and nearshore regions. He is actively involved in research projects with emphasis on coastal flood modeling, coastal structures, Deep-sea turbidity current, contaminant transport, wave overtopping and erosion, swash zone sediment transport, and coastal morphology.
