About

Cai E Wu has served in the Shanghai Investigation Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd (SIDRI) as an engineer since 1984 and professorial senior engineer since 2009. She received a Bachelor of Engineering from Hohai University in 1984. She mainly participated in and is responsible for the design work of the four large drinking water reservoirs in Shanghai, three of which are coastal reservoirs. Her areas of expertise are mainly in hydro-structure (dyke & sluice), pumping stations and water supply system.
