About
My work is devoted to coastal morphodynamics, ecosystem services and the impact of climate change on complex systems. It combines fundamental and applied research to search for solutions to technological, engineering and environmental problems. I have directed 10 doctoral theses, 40 master’s thesis and more than 50 final degree projects. Overall, I have participated in 5 European research projects, 20 National research projects and more than 45 Research Agreements and Contracts with different Administrations and Companies. I have published more than 50 papers indexed in Journal Citation Reports and more than 120 works in national and international conferences.
