About

Currently , she is a member of the Circle for Research and Development of Water Resources of the La Molina Agrarian University in Peru (CIDRHI - UNALM), within which she promotes research through new projects related to Fluvial Hydraulics , specially the Piura River in Piura-Peru. Thays Gutierrez studied Civil Engineering at Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (Trujillo – Peru). She is a specialist in Water Resources and Public Management. As a specialist in Water Resources she has worked at the National Water Authority ( Ministry of Agriculture in Peru ) and the Proyecto Especial Chira Piura to develop projects that improve the hydraulic infrastructure and guarantee the safety of the Poechos Dam in Piura -Peru.
