My name is Kwabena Asiedu Sarpong (Ransford Asiedu Sarpong),a Ghanaian born citizen from a town called Larteh - Akuapem, which is located in the Eastern Region of Ghana. I am currently a PhD candidate in Water Conservancy & Hydropower Engineering at Hohai University, China. I hold a MEng in Water Conservancy & Hydropower Engineering, a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Accra Technical University, Ghana, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Takoradi Technical University. I have worked in the building construction industry for various private companies over the years, and currently running an NGO that seeks to conserve available river bodies , and provide portable drinking water to communities in the Akuapem North. My research interests includes; Transient flows in water pipelines; fault detection in water pipelines; signal processing, two-phase flow; and Data Analytics
