About
My research in fluvial geomorphology is focused on the function of gravel bars in regulated vs near-natural rivers. In fieldwork, I monitor grain size, sediment transport, vegetation cover, and some water quality measurements. I am also mapping spatio-temporal changes in gravel bar morphology. I am currently working with my team on a project focusing on spatio-temporal changes in land cover/use, ecosystem services and morphology of the Odra river reach.
