Abstract: The Three Gorges Project has been put into operation, turning so much mechanical equipment into idleness or scrap, and the site features are going to disappear. Based on the industrial heritage protection and utilization trend, as well as advanced experience, this paper surveys the industrial heritage in the Three Gorges Project district, puts forward the Three Gorges Project museum planning scheme combined with pan-museum concept, in order to provide reference for the cultural building of water conservancy project in engineering operation stage.
