Abstract: Concerning the application of the inclined sedimentation tank in drip irrigation system, this research optimized the structure of the inclined settler by means of canalized design, having dynamic water cycle experiments with the water-sediment separator of the multilevel inclined plates under conditions of different flow, inflow sediment concentration and spacing combining between inclined plates. The results indicated: after the canalized design, clear water and sediment flowed separately, greatly reducing each other interference; the sizes of overflow sediment median particle increased with the increase of inflow traffic, and reduced with the increase of Inflow sediment concentration; When the flow of the device is 0. 9m3/h, at the moment, the effect of separation is the best, and the sediment separation rate is over 80% up to 93% .
