Abstract: The paper combines theoretical analysis and two dimensional mathematical models to do the research of orifice flux distribution law of non-equal inertia hydraulic synchronous system for hydro-floating ship lift. Theoretical analysis presents the main influence factors of orifice flux of the non-equal inertia filling and emptying system. Besides, using two dimensional mathematical models to simulate each orifice flux process when filling water, the paper studies the characteristics of orifice fluxes. The maximal standard deviation of orifice flux during the whole process is defined as the index to evaluate the non-uniformity of orifice fluxes. It also researches how the change of each relative factor influences the non-uniformity of orifice fluxes and performs the sensitivity analysis of each factor.
