Abstract: It was introduced the processes of Floating-Island type of Bio-treatment System (FIBS) efficient combined by bio-technologies,such as immobilized microorganism technology, ecological floating island technology, micro aeration technology and so on. We studies on the impacts of Nutrients, concentration of algae Chlorophyll-a (chla) change with FIBS, and analysis of the algae-manipulation mechanism and the effect of eutrophic water. The experimental results show that FIBS can obviously reduce the total number of algal cells and photosynthetic efficiency. In the field experiments, the FIBTs can significantly reduced the total number of algae cells, reducing the efficiency of photosynthesis. In the end, the removal rates of theconcentration of Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta and total chla reached to 92. 63% 、 97. 63% and 95. 39% , and the corresponding average daily treatment capacity were 2. 57、34. 58 and 36. 77 mg· m-2·d -1, respectively. It also can enhanced adaptability such as the water temperature range, nitrogen and phosphorus ratio imbalance, thus effectively inhibit the overgrowth of algae and recover the eutrophication of the water ecological system rapidly.
