Abstract: A landslide state forecast model, which accounts on various kinds of factors impacting the landslide stability, is brought forward on the basis of BP (error Back Propagation) theory. The model is tested by some landslide examples at the Yangtze River basin. In conclusion, some useful deductions are achieved.
