Abstract: The study integrated assessment change quality of groundwater in riparian zone during flood 2013 on Amur River (Russia). Water samplings were taken from wells located at different distance from bank and different water level in the main course of the Amur River (April, August, and September 2013). Hydrocarbons, iron ions and hydrogen sulfide are determining factors quality groundwater and closely involved in biogeochemical process.
