Abstract: Based in Watarase Yusuichi (Watarase retarding basin), we aim to"the Kanto that Oriental White Storks (Ciconia boyciana) can also live with us"with fields from the Ashio upstream to the field in the Kanto Plain, and the three philosophies of the Ramsar Convention"Conservation and Recovery of Wetlands, Wise Use, Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness (CEPA) ", steadily advancing the"Watarase Future Project".
