Abstract: The authors began research in 2014 to establish cyanobacterial bloom prediction technology that implements the DCMU fluorescence intensity method. Field survey results on location up to the present time suggest that monitoring the maximum quantum yield (F /F) of cyanobacteria photosystem II will allow predicting the probability of cyanobacterial bloom occurrence approximately one month before the state is actualized.
