Abstract: This paper introduces the disaster restoration project that preserved the historical stone bridge in the Hoshino River. We will explain in detail what we considered to solve various problems such as conservation of historical stone bridge, solution of flood control problem, conservation of river environment, imagination of new area attractiveness.
