Abstract: The conservative explicit and implicit Roe's numerical schemes of second-order accuracy for solving the shallow water equations in 2D (plane) formulation are considered. The developed algorithms of numerical solution permit to evaluate the flows in multiplyconnected domains and the “dry bed” flows. The computation examples and the comparison between the numerical solutions and the experimental data are presented.
