Abstract: For environmental management of Soil and Water Resources (SWR), as well as for other natural resources, the HydroInformation System represent set of modern computing instruments to exercise specialized function of management. They help to the actors involved in environmental management to monitor situation, make decision and to evaluate their consequences.
