Abstract: Juvenile fish passage systems are widely used at Corps of Engineer (Corps) hydro-power dams along the lower Snake and Columbia Rivers. They are an important aspect of anadromous fish survival in the Pacific Northwest. This paper outlines the basic elements of the juvenile fish passage system used at McNary Dam on the Columbia River.
