Abstract: The CONCEPT (PART Ⅰ) and the APPLICATION (PART Ⅱ) present with illustrations the need for and how to obtain a flexible supply system to facilitate the optimum on-farm use of an irrigation supply. A precise and descriptive list of pertinent terms in included. The acceptance of the practical need for and advantages of daytime irrigation and the reasonable range of congestion made practical by using a flexible supply system is developed.
