Abstract: Two-phase flows occur in different physical phenomena. In this paper the study of an unsteady fluid wave mixed with large solid particles at high concentrations is carried out. The problem is pertinent to the simulation of debris avalanches (Sousa and Voight, 1991) and other types of debris flows (Takahashi. 1991)
