Abstract: A comprehensive management system comprising both sea ice and structural monitor/prediction Information was established for safe and efficient winter offshore oil/gas production in the Bohai Sea. The monitor /prediction techniques of structural states in ice, as well as the setting lip of the management system itself are presented in the paper.
