Abstract: The results of numerical modeling of the interaction of floating ice formation with seabed in the region of pipeline "Yamal - Center" are represented in the work. The dependencies of maximal depth of the penetration of ice keel into the bottom on the properties of sea bottom, typical sizes of ice formation and external forces, acting on the ice from tidal currents, are investigated.
