Abstract: Thickness of consolidated layer is one of the major parameters, which determines the hummock load on a platform base. This article presents consolidated layer thickness distribution through an area depending on the age of the hummocks and the dimensions of the analyzed area. Analysis has been done based on the data obtained from the drilling of hummocks in the land fast ice offshore Northern Sakhalin Island.
