Abstract: In the present work the authors receive probabilistic distributions of ice loads characteristics from drifting first-year ridges on the base of calculations by the simulation method. In this method the information about ice regime, geometrical, kinematic and strength parameters of Okhotsk sea ridges was used. The distributions of the greatest values of extreme ice loads from first-year ridges are investigated.
