Abstract: The Bernoulli equation for a pressure two-phase flow (a mixture of water and solid particles) is written, taking into account the uneven distribution of averaged concentrations and velocities over the cross-section of the pipe, and the Coriolis coefficients for the liquid and solid phases of the mixture are determined. On the basis of this equation, a scientific substantiation of the formula for the volumetric flow rate of the mixture when measured by a Venturi tube is given. The value of the influence parameter of the Coriolis coefficient on the mixture flow rate was determined based on a number of experimental steady flow data with 8 different solid materials.
