Abstract: Ports, vital for coastal and maritime transport and key economic contributors to coastal regions, face increased criticality to climate change impacts due to their coastal location. This necessitates comprehensive impact assessment approaches to gauge the effects of climate change and rising sea levels on port infrastructure, considering the intricate interplay of climate drivers and the complex mix of structures, equipment, and socio-economic services within ports. Effective port adaptation planning is essential, involving the identification of measures and determining the optimal implementation time and location. This paper presents a robust tool tailored for port planners and decision-makers, enhancing the economic and technical resilience of ports at different scales in the face of climate change.
