Abstract: Database is the basis of digital scene construction and intelligent simulation. Aiming at the puzzle like insufficient application of monitoring and perception, low effectiveness of data mining, and difficult implementation, this paper proposed a collaborative acquisition system based on the “Sky-Air-Ground-Water” multi-dimensional perception technology. Besides, the bottleneck of collaborative application difficulties of all- round three-dimensional data acquisition systems has been broken, including satellite remote sensing, UAV aerial photography, ground Internet of Things, and unmanned ship measurement in waters, which innovatively realizes the high-precision and short-period linkage monitoring of key areas and key targets, constructs the multi-dimensional perception data database, and provides support for the construction of digital twin platforms and business applications. In this paper, taking digital twin Lishui watershed and digital twin Jiangya Zaoshi reservoirs as example, combined “GIS+BIM+UE” technology, the 3D digital scene of the reservoir area and the river downstream of the dam is constructed, and the digital mapping of the physical watershed and the engineering is realized. The research results can provide reference for the construction of similar digital twin engineerings.
