Abstract: In recent years, the Chinese government has placed a high priority on digital development, making significant strides in the digital economy, network infrastructure, and digital China initiatives. In this context, digital twin technology represents a critical advancement in the high-quality development of modern water conservancy, exemplifying new productive forces. This paper uses the Li River Basin as an example to explore the application of digital twin technology in flood control scheduling, aiming to support the high-quality development of basin water conservancy, ensure the stable and long-term economic growth of the Li River Basin, and maintain social harmony and stability through technological support.
