Abstract: Integrated water-land topographic survey is gradually becoming a hot topic in the field of geographic information. In order to solve the issue of asynchrony in the measurement of underwater and onshore topography, this study uses an intelligent unmanned boat as the carrier platform, combining a multi-beam mapping system, a ship-borne LiDAR system, and an inertial navigation system to construct a new type of integrated water-land measurement system. To verify the performance of this system in extreme measurement environments, this study selected a section of the Jinsha River with characteristics of high mountains and gorges for experiments based on the PPK measurement mode. The experimental results show that the system has high measurement efficiency, complete connection between underwater and onshore topography, and the accuracy of the topographic survey results meets the requirements for general large-scale topographic map operations.
