Abstract: Water conservancy projects play a crucial role in national infrastructure construction, but their large scale, technical complexity, and long duration present numerous challenges for traditional management models. With the development of information technology, the application of digital management techniques in water conservancy engineering construction has become increasingly widespread. This paper addresses the issues of information asymmetry, poor communication, and inefficiency in traditional project management methods by proposing and designing a digital management system platform. The system, through eight functional modules -- system management, material management, engineering inspection, quality acceptance, inspection and assessment, quality improvement, standard compliance and excellence, and system management -- enables real-time monitoring and management of projects. This research provides a valuable reference for enhancing the efficiency and quality of water conservancy project management.
