Abstract: Urban water source lakes are an important component of urban water supply security system, scientific health evaluation, clarify the key factors affecting the ecological health of urban water source lakes, and support the ecological environmental protection and governance of lakes, is the basis for safeguarding the safety of urban drinking water. This paper analyzes the water resources, water environment and water ecological characteristics of urban water source type lakes and their social service functions, defines the connotation of lake health, constructs the health evaluation index system, quantifies the evaluation criteria, and takes the only alternate water source in urban Anqing City Shitang Lake as an example for the study, and the evaluation results show that the Shitang Lake ecosystem is generally healthy, but there are still some individual indicators of the lake nutrient status, phytoplankton density, The water quality compliance rate of centralized drinking water source is unhealthy. The results can be popularized in the process of evaluating the health of lakes in similar urban important water sources, and provide reference and decision-making basis for the governance and protection of lake ecosystems.
