Research on the Dissolve Organic Matter and Microbial Community Diversity of Submerged Macrophyte Decomposition Under Different Temperature

Abstract: The characteristics of DOM and decomposed process of H. verticillata and P. wrightii Morong were studied under four temperatures (5℃、10℃、20℃ and 35℃). During the decay process different indicators were tested from 0d to 68d. The diversity of bacterial and fungal community structure was figured. Olson exponential decay equation was adopted to calculate the decomposition rate.
Temperature had a significant effect on the release of organic carbon and total nitrogen from plant decomposition (P<0.05), b ut it had slight effect on total phosphorus release (P>0.05). By parallel factor analysis, 2 kinds of humic acid-like components (C1 and C2) and 1 kind of protein-like component (C3) was found in H. verticillata, And 3 kinds of humic acid-like components (C1, C2 and C3) in P. wrightii Morong. Increasing temperature lead to an increase in conductivity. Overall, DO decrease first and then increase in different temperature. By 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA molecular biotechnology, at 20℃ and 35℃, the abundance of microbial species in the decomposition process was higher than that at 0℃ and 10℃. On the 68th day, the main species in the H. verticillata and P. wrightii Morong of water was Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. At 10℃ and 20℃, Ascomycetes was the most active species among the fungi community.
