River Morphology Modeling for Rapidly Varied Flows

Abstract: A numerical model is selected for modeling study on morphological changes in rivers of rapidly varied flows after presently available models of fluvial hydraulics have been reviewed. In this study, the capabilities of the selected model NETSTARS are demonstrated and assessed, and future extension of this model is suggested.
