Abstract: Space-temporal integrity of ecosystem and seasonality of some factors are relevance for studying of glaciochemical and biochemical processes in ice. This studying is relevance because the ice can be an accumulator of toxic agents, including heavy metals and toxic elements. Ice was taken in the mainstream of the Songhua and Amur rivers in March of 2006 after technogenic accident and spring 2011 and 2012 in the mainstream of the Amur River and its major channels (Amurskaya, Pemzenskaya). Ice melts were analyzed with the ICP mass-spectrometer ELAN 2000 according to standard techniques. In the freeze-up period occurs accumulation of toxic elements in the ice, which leads to the risk of secondary contamination of watercourses.
