Abstract: The climate change is a phenomenon, which affects people’s lives in many ways. There are many considerable problems caused by climate change, which is the result of human’s activities on the earth. Changes in temperature, precipitation, humidity, etc. are some of the main results of the climate change and these changes may cause draught, water overflow, flood and so many other disasters that could damage life and property. In Qazvin region, just like many other arid and semi-arid regions, climate change affected the climate and caused reduction in available water resources. The amount of water, which is delivered to the agricultural fields, used to be steady with small fluctuations, but in recent years, the volume of the water reduced considerably so the yield has been changing. Actually, these changes affected the region’s economy and changes has to be applied on the pattern of water allocation which means, producing crops economically, considering the climate change.
