Abstract: Based on cold air activities and temperature changes, the climate condition in the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea in 2009/2010 winter is analyzed. The results show that the air temperature in this winter is lower than the averaged value. Besides, the information of sea ice indicates that this year is a severe-ice-year.
