Abstract: There are various countermeasures against eutrophication, and one of them is bubble circulation. Although “the bubble plume generated by aeration is classified into several patterns by Asaeda and Imberger [1]”, detailed flow is not understood. Therefore, we studied aeration in a subtropical small reservoir in the summer and compared the surface jet radius (distance from the upwelling point of the water body to the plunging point) to the “Ozmidov length [2]”.
