Abstract: We developed a river ecosystem model considering ecological characteristics of aquatic organisms. The model expresses spatiotemporal change of biomass by considering spatial preference of an organism and seasonal event. In order to reduce the computational time, physical environments are calculated by one-dimensional model and biomass distribution is calculated by two-dimensional model. As a result of application to Takatsu River, the sub models for physical environment have sufficient reproducibility. However, biological model have to be improved.
