Abstract: The textile industry is one of the greatest generators of liquid effluent pollutants due to the high quantities of water used in the dyeing processes. Textile wastewater contains dyes mixed with various contaminants at a variety of ranges. It is therefore essential to treat properly these effluents before discharge into the receiving watercourses. The aim of this work was to investigate the combined effects of Chlorella and Lemna minor on Textile Industry Wastewater Treatment.
