Abstract: In this study, we are suggesting a simple methodology based on Bayesian inference to couple either the results of a single hydrological model with various objective functions or the results of multiple hydrological models in order to improve the reliability of the prediction of alarming events. The methodology was tested in a case study with data of limited length, and the results were encouraging.
